I'm Ashley (she/her).

A Certified Movement Professional and NeuroDivergent mom of three, I strive to create spaces where you can show up boldly and unapologetically.

I want you to have a movement toolbox filled with strategies that guide you towards finding your just-right challenge, so that you can change movement to work for you, instead of the other way around.

CLASS OPTIONS
In-Person & Virtual
An all-level class designed to build strength and stability. Your perfect class if you are injury-free, you want to explore movement with curiosity, or you want to feel capable, energized, and pain-free.
In-Person & Virtual
Your perfect class if you're living with osteoporosis, diastasis recti, joint/back pain, are getting back to exercise after an injury, or you want to feel competent and invigorated.

Your perfect class if life feels hard, you frequently feel stressed or overwhelmed, you live with aches and pains, you enjoy gentle movement and breathwork, or you're new to movement. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, comfortable, and grounded.
