My home studio is a calm and bright space, offering a supportive, non-judgmental and safe place to explore movement.
With soundproofing for privacy, cork flooring that absorbs impact, and a variety of Pilates Apparatus, together we can explore movement that works for your body.
My studio is not fully accessible due to the need for stairs. I apologize for this inconvenience.
Follow the Path
There is street parking available across from the house. Follow the path that wraps around the side of the house until you reach a gate.
Enter through the Gate
The gate latch is at the top, right-hand side of the gate. The gate is light, and self-closing. Please do not prop the gate open, as it's required to be closed by by-law.
Stairs lead to Door
On your left is a staircase leading to a set of double doors. The door on the left will open into the studio. Please let yourself in upon arrival.
